Advanced Ballet Summer Intensive
The Advanced Ballet Summer Intensive is a rigorous program designed for serious dancers ages 12+ who are committed to advancing their training. This intensive offers two week-long sessions with 30 hours of instruction per week, led by Gulf Coast Dancenter’s experienced faculty and guest artists. The curriculum includes ballet, pointe, variations, jazz, and contemporary, providing dancers with the preparation needed for the upcoming season.

- Dates:
- Week 1: July 7-11, 2025
- Week 2: July 14-18, 2025
- Location: Gulf Coast Dancenter
- Eligibility:
- Current GCD students: Level 4 & 5
- Non-GCD students: Ages 12+ with at least four years of ballet training and a minimum of one year on pointe. Application required for placement.
- Tuition:
- $485 per week (includes a $100 non-refundable deposit) – a $100 deposit or payment in full to reserve your spot.
- $895 if you attend both weeks (~10% discount) – a $200 deposit or payment in full to reserve your spot.
- Schedule: Classes run daily from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with a lunch break. Students must bring their own lunch and snacks.
- Showcase:
- Week 1: Friday, July 11, 4:00-4:45 PM
- Week 2: Friday, July 18, 4:00-4:45 PM
- Informal in-studio performances for family and friends.
Enrollment is limited. A deposit is required to secure a spot, with the remaining balance due by June 1, 2025. If enrolling after June 1, full tuition is due at the time of registration.
